Hey all, i've been playing Mesmer for about 5 years now, but that's almost entierly on the PvP side of things. Since my PvP play has slowed down recently i've decided to completely remake my mesmer and start title hunting(found out after i hit delete that you can get survivor after you have died if you gain the XP without dying again...Q_Q)Anyway i figured i'd post a few of my mesmers PvE builds. some are pretty standard, some are a bit obscure, but all are fun and effective. Keep in mind i've already got a hero running panic, and another running ineptitude.

Wastrell's Demise/Pain Inverter
Chaos Storm/Pain Inverter
Flesh of my Flesh(Ebon Vanguard Standard of Wisdom(The faster recharge one)

Domination:14-16
Fast Casting:10
Inspiration:10

With this between fast casting(adds 30% recharge) and Wisdom and a 40/40 set, esurge recharges in 3-4 seconds, with an echoed copy it turns mesmer into an armor ignoring pewpewer, if the situation calls for it any other skill can be echoed, mistrust, or chaos storm. Pumps out pretty nice dammage overall, and mistrust hitting the right skill can save your ass in HM

This build is more single target dmg than AoE but again you've got alot of spammable skills and can pump out a very respectable dmg output, if you opt for illusion magic(which is nice since in pve even the casters constantly attack) you can also mitigate some dammage with constant clums/wandering eye spam

Theres a few others i use but im at the library right now and cant quite remember them completely....i'll add more to the list once i get back on my home comp

Very good. It's all pretty basic, but most people forget how sometimes the basics are all you need.
